Mindful Awareness Practices (MAPs)

Class Overview

MAPs classes lay the foundation for you to understand basic principles of mindfulness, develop or deepen a personal meditation practice, and become more mindful in everyday life.

Classes meet weekly for two hours. Each class in a six-week series is a combination of lecture, practice and group feedback and discussion. Knowledgeable and skilled teachers are always available to answer your questions, make personal suggestions for practice adjustments, cite the latest research studies and recommended useful and interesting readings for further study.
