Creative Expression Therapeutic Support Group (Drop-In)

The purpose of this group is to create a supportive community for people to use creative means to express and explore themselves. The goal for participants is to develop and share original art pieces with each other. We’ll share feedback with one another that focuses on our humanity and our individual relationships and experiences to our works rather than critiquing the merits of our pieces. Our intention is to help one another feel heard, better understood, less alone and to promote healing and well-being. People can share original stories, writing, poetry, art, music, journal entries or other pieces that they create and talk about the feelings or experiences associated with the piece and then others will share thoughts, feelings and observations.

For more information or to register for the group, contact Patti Dengler, LMFT @ 805.807.0642 or
