C.A.L.M: Cultivating A Loving Mind
An ongoing, drop in meditation class suitable for all levels, from beginners with little or no meditation experience, to advanced practitioners looking to support their practice.
We are each born with the ability to be serene and tranquil. Uncovering this innate ability, and fostering its development, sows seeds of peace and calm in an uncertain world. We train with mindfulness, with awareness, and with gentleness towards ourselves and our world.
This class will utilize guided and silent periods of meditation, as well as didactic learning and relational practices.

Jules Rodriguez is a licensed chiropractor and massage therapist in practice for over 20 years. She was introduced to meditation 30 years ago in a recovery program, and was immediately aware of the positive changes that occur through regular practice. She has a daily meditation practice, and when she's not on the cushion she endeavors to bring mindfulness to everything she does. She is currently enrolled in the UCLA Mindful Awareness Research Center's (MARC) Trained Mindfulness Facilitator Program

No refunds or credits are given to registrant "no-shows".
