Eating and Body Image Support Group (Drop-In)

In this experiential support group, Alison Ross, LMFT, an eating and body image specialist, teaches mindfulness and self-regulation techniques that reduce food cravings, break unhealthy eating habits, improve body image and foster a healthy relationship with food.  This group is designed for you if you sometimes feel stuck in unhealthy eating patterns like yo-yo dieting, emotional- and stress-eating, want to improve health, feel better about your body and be part of a supportive, like-minded community.

All are welcome in this supportive setting where you will connect with others who understand and support your journey into health.
