Eating and Body Image Support Group (Drop-In)

In this unique, lunchtime support group, Alison Ross, LMFT, an eating and body image psychotherapist, offers expert advice on how you can use mindfulness and other simple techniques to reduce food cravings, break unhealthy eating habits and improve body image.

This group is designed for you if you sometimes feel stuck in unhealthy eating patterns and want to improve health and feel better about your body.

All are welcome in this supportive setting where you will connect with a community of others who will understand and support you in your journey.

Alison Ross, LMFT is a licensed psychotherapist specializing in eating and body image. She is the founder of Center for Eating Recovery where she offers a popular coaching program called Heal the Hungry BrainTM that stops unhealthy eating habits including yo-yo dieting, emotional eating and food addiction and helps clients to develop a positive body image and find and maintain a healthy weight.
