In this experiential support group, Alison Ross, LMFT, an eating and body image specialist, teaches mindfulness and self-regulation techniques that reduce food cravings, break unhealthy eating habits, improve body image and foster a healthy relationship with food. This group is designed for you if you sometimes feel stuck in unhealthy eating patterns like yo-yo dieting, emotional- and stress-eating, want to improve health, feel better about your body and be part of a supportive, like-minded community.

Alison Ross, LMFT
Alison Ross, LMFT is a licensed psychotherapist specializing in eating and body image. She is the founder of Center for Eating Recovery where she offers a popular coaching program called Heal the Hungry BrainTM that stops unhealthy eating habits including yo-yo dieting, emotional eating and food addiction and helps clients to develop a positive body image and find and maintain a healthy weight.
