Saturdays 11-1 and Sundays 9-11
Get out of your head and into nature. Mindful Hiking is a moving guided meditation in the scenic Santa Monica Mountains. There will be a check in circle/meditation in the beginning, middle, and end of the hike/walk.

Mindful Hiking will begin at various locations. When you register, you will be sent an email telling the specific starting and meeting location. All hikes are beginner level difficulty.

Elyse Cohen is owner of Rooted Intelligent Wellness, is a former soccer athlete, AmeriCorp Member for the American Red Cross, Hiking Guide for The Biggest Loser, Exercise Specialist at Amgen, and a Yoga Instructor.
Elyse finds that Mindfulness helps ease the fluctuations of the mind in any setting. She works with a wide variety of people to help bring awareness back into their mind and body so they can develop a better understanding for who they are and tap into their true potential.
