How It Works

Come sit with us and learn to meditate and be mindful. Drop-In classes are usually 30-45 minutes. At the start, there is usually a little time to arrive and settle in followed by a brief talk or introduction to a practice. This is usually followed by a guided meditation. At the end, there is time to transition out of the meditation room and ask questions of the instructor or ease into whatever it is you’re going to do next.
